hi anjum
You have not mentioned whether you have designed a questionnaire or not. If yes then follow this process which we did in our organisation.
If you have some idea what are the employees' major concerns. include these concerns in your SS questionnaire . this helps
How to start the process.
Call a meeting of all the HODs and brieft them about the Satisfaction Survey , ( why and how of this)
Give a circular to all staff members through email about Survey being conducted and attach the form for all to print and fill
Mention in your mail that it is optional to write their name on the format , mention only deptt's name so that you know all have filled the survey.
Give time limit to finish the excercise and deposit the filled formats at a central place(suggestion/complaint box)
Collect the forms , compile the data and list out major satisfaction items and major Dissatisfaction items and take corrective actions as required.
I hope this helps
