Hi Team,

This is to inform that all the employees should follow the office timings strictly. Employee’s violating the office timings will be noted & remarked.
So, you all are requested to mark your attendance with the accurate time on daily basis. As it's been observed that some of our team members are still in habit of coming late & not signing their attendance registers on daily basis & thereafter not filling their right time. As you all are aware that we have IN/OUT time machine recording to check the same.

The office timing starts exactly at 8.00 AM and everyone is instructed to come to office on time. As we have flexible timing option also an employee need to complete 9 hour’s daily.
Closing time of the office is 6.30 PM, maximum the timings can go up to 7.00 PM. So an employee needs to be in the office by 9.30 – 10.00 AM.
Employee coming late after 10.00 AM will be marked ABSENT on that day.
Employee's are expected to adhere to office timings. We need your cooperation on this and make the working environment healthy to work on.

I prepared a circular on the below areas.

· Proper information of late coming before 9.30am
· Lunch break should not be more than 1 hour

Thanks & Regards

Another format of Late Coming / Dress Code CIRCULAR:-

This is further to the last circular regarding the captioned subject. All staff members (irrespective of the position held) are hereby once again requested to report on time in the office according to their respective reporting timings. It is further reiterated that for late RED markings, salary will be deducted as under:

1st 3 red marks
1st 4 red marks
2nd 4 red marks
3rd 4 red marks
4th 4 red marks
5th 4 red marks
6th 4 red marks

i.e. if somebody late for the whole month, then he / she will not get any salary.

This will strictly be followed w.e.f 01.08.2010.

Please note that after 9.45 a.m, nobody will be allowed to mark the attendance. Every staff should mark their attendance immediately upon entering the office. No staff member is allowed to mark the attendance from inside the reception and if noticed so, then the same will be consider as a RED mark.

If any staff member wants to go on O/D, then it should be informed to either the reception or the HR deptt. before 9.45 a.m. and should strictly be marked in Movement Register at reception.

Reference the employment manual already sent to you. The dress code for all employees from Monday to Friday will be formal. All peons should wear the uniforms provided by the company, within the office premises from 01.08.2010 onwards. They can keep the uniforms in the office itself. In summer season, if a peon wants to go outside for a period of more than 20 minutes, then he can change the uniform and wear the normal dress outside the office, but in office, all peons should be in uniforms.

This is for your kind information and implementation accordingly.
