I have a query about medical check up. I have joined in new company. In this company medical check is not taken by management up to still now. so i have to confirm that medical check up is compulsory for employees or not? medical check up is facility given by company as welfare facility or according to act employer is obliged to do a medical check up?
Please give me a reply on it.
