Dear All

This is the real instance happened to me and some of my friends.....

Here is the situation i was wondering HR job in Bangalore in a real Emergency so i updated in all the three portals Naukri, Monster & Times Jobs so i got n no of calls all for Recruiters post i was not interested as i am looking only for Generalist profile one certain day i got a call from a famous job portal stating to be a premium member as they will send my cv to all over Bangalore and their clients they assured they can get the job in at least by 3 weeks i waited waited till date not even a call.... Don't waste money in consultancy and these services

For my friend same instance has happened the consultancy persons called to him as they have emergency requirement for HR so he rushed to their consultancy they asked his original certificate it seem... to with hold with the consultancy or to pay the money in advance before attending the interview so if he is selected he has to pay one month salary to them as consultancy charges he paid amount and they told they will be texting the message through mobile later he saw the companies name and pretty shocked its for Recruiter how can Generalist work in Recruiters??? and is it worth going for Recruiters after paying one month salary he has Experience too....so do not believe and pay money in Advance beware of it.... fin any good management consultancies.....In mean while Seniors find attached my cv i am looking for a job change seriously

Dear Ram,
It is not like that every RPO, that u say consultancy are doing so, ok i like to tell you some main point,
Those Consultancies asking money from Candidate , they are not professional, because consultant always get payment of his services from Client company,
those companies are not taking services of consultant , they even not allow to consultant to take money from candidates.
Always first ask fo company name where u r applying , and it is duty of consultant to inform you company name, if they r not doing so then they are not professional.
those consultants / companies asking for you original document even they are not professional, because original document are your property. and nobody can take your property for job.
so follow this and u will get to know who are doing unprofessional deal.
thanks

Dear P.K.Rana
Thanks a ton for your explanation i do know these are not professional consultancies who demand payments from the candidates but several companies i mean small scale and medium scale companies do not pay for hiring candidates for selected candidates these consultancies get from candidates as consultancy charges demanding their 1 month or 15 Days salary but in mean while it's not professional to collect advance amount or certificates na.... i felt to share with you all because you all should be aware and not to be trapped any where.....

Dear Ram,
Those are small companies, they never take services from consultant, and as you said that consultant place in these small companies by taking 15 days or one month salary, that consultant and that company both are not under any agreement, if you ask to consultant to show there consultant agreement with consurned company in written , they will not show to you , because that small company never do agreement with any one, so mean without any thing in written how any one can be service provider to any company.
it is illligal , never go to them
thanks
