I am working on my summer project my topic is” Career growth opportunities in corporate sector”,

Please suggest me what kind of Questionnaire can be for this topic.
I have searched lots of URL’s for this but didn’t get relevant information

you can use sraritified random Q'.Employees can be divided on tyhe basis of their levels in ORG

"to study training as a tool for career growth of an employee"
that is how training works as atool for employees career growth.
