hi all i m doin MBA. i m on my summer training and i have to make a project report on the topic recruitment and selection. in what format i should make this? help mohita

i think ua can start from personnel planning - Job vacancies-------Recruitment planning ( numbers, Types) ---------Strategy development (how, where, when) ------application population ---------searching activation -------application pool --------screening --------evaluation and control-----and to selection

this is a recuritment process wht we have .
