The excel sheet is very help.
I have calculated based on the details:
Employee's age - 35 years
Factor - 197.06
Salary Rs.9500/ - But for the purpose of calculation the max limit is Rs.8000/-
Nature of injury - Permanent partial disablement as mentioned in Part II of Schedule I in serial no. 35 (ring or little finger - whole) with percentage of loss of earning capacity as 7%
As per the calculation from the excel sheet (NEW), it is showing Rs. 82,765/- under the heading "compensation ppd by doctor".
Can anybody tell me what is the formula/ basis of the calculation and it it right?
