Hi All,
I am an MBA student. I am currently doing my summers in HR.
My project topic is studying the best recruitment strategies used presently in different indutries.
Can anyone please help me by giving me information on some of the newer approaches or strategies in recruitment that are currently being used...

Hello,
A new style of recruitment is without any doubt Employer Branding. It is ensuring you have a strong image on the labour market as a company so people want to stay with you or do apply spontaneously at your company. Do do so, you have to know what your own employees expect from you (which is a lot more than only a high salary). Your own employees are your best ambassadors. The message you bring to the labour market has to come from inside the organisation.
