1) Form-12 deleted (Only form-11 is there for Hoists,Lifts & Lifting machines & tackles)
2)Form-3 deleted(All the contents in Form-3 included in form-2
3)Rule 18(A) included for medical examination

Dear All,
Please find attached the RECOMMENDATIONS OF the Expert Committee on the "Proposed Amendments" to the Factories Act, 1948.
I request all HR & IR Managers working in Indian Factories to go through the proposed amendments and it is likely to be through.
Hence to get ourselves ready well in advance on the amendments proposed.

The Gujurat govt has recently amended the Gujurat Factory Rules, to include any factory employing even ONE person also to be covered under the ambit fo FA, 1948.
