Hi to calculate safe man hour there is an formula follows


Present of employee *working hours (8)*working day of the month = SMH

50employee*8hrs*26days =

if overtime is done same formula is applicable

ex

25 workmen*3hrs OT*no. of over time days =

same for CL's

make it into a EXCEL sheet and you will get per month man hours.
