HI friends, please help me to find a solution,
Ours is a proprietorship and employing about 100 employees. one of or lady employee covered under ESI went for pregnancy leave for six months and her maternity leave ends in last month. But she wants to extend the leave for 2 months more. But our management not willing to allow this .whether we can terminate her from employment ? is it legal?
Help me please
