Dear Friends,
Attached pl find recent comparison study of CTC offered in IT industry. Can u pl suggest me ny changes and also you can plz forward your company structure. What is the best salary structure for this CTC?. Pl. note that we are based in coimbatore and doing this study for academic use. Hi Mani,
I'm afraid this info might not be the right one.
Salary is determined by more parameters such as
1. Basic Education degree/diploma and/or college whether its Tier I or Tier II (i mean, if its IIT or non-IIT background)
2. Relevant experience
3. Rarity of the skill - market rates for that particular skill
4. Other benefits such as ESOP, Bonus, onsite opportunities, etc.
