I want to know that ,with new ammendment of pf , pf dedecuted on minimum 6500&maximum15000 basic w.e.f from 01-09-2014 .after that if any emp's basic salary is 20000 than pf calculate 15000 or 20000.

Dear Mr. Saini,
As you mentioned that Emp.'s salary (basic ) is Rs. 20,000/- pm. PF deduction salary is Rs. 15,000/- (mandatory), but it depends on management that they can deduct PF contribution from Rs. 20,000/- also. Then both contribution will be deduct from same salary.
