Information Required on HR Policies-WFH,Flexi Hours,Comp Off
Hi All,

We are in the process of formulating the different HR policies for our company,we have our offices at India,Singapore,Australia,Pakistan & soon opening at China and few other countries.As of now we are formulating the policies keeping India Operations in mind but in near future we have plans of implementing the polices globally.

Can anyone send me some drafts as sample for HR Policy,working from home policy,Flexible working Hours policy,Compensatory off Policy,etc.

As this is a bit urgent requirement ,I would be grateful if we get some information soon.
