Salary A/c Closing Format - Final Settlement

sir iam sulochana working as a hr. i need information about yearly pf slip for particular employee & how to calculate the yearly pf interest rate.

sir iam amol. i am as hr manager i need how to form the salary closing a/c letter for bank & ineed releiving bank a/c letter for employee.kindly send these two formats.

i want all employee salary account close in bank so want letter how to write bank . i am watting ur reply.........

You can write simple letter to the concerned Branch Manager of your Bank.

Sir,

We are holding our employees' Salary Account with your branch. I am enclosing the full & final settlement payment in respect of the following employees bearing the a/c No as shown against each.
