Dear friends

You can write simple letter to the concerned Branch Manager of your Bank.

We are holding our employees' Salary Account with your branch. I am enclosing the full & final settlement payment in respect of the following employees bearing the a/c No as shown against each.

1. Mr.XXXXXXXXXX Date of Closing _____ A/C No............... F&F Amount Rs.___________
2. Mr. YYYYYYYY Date of Closing ______ A/C No.............. F&F Amount Rs.___________

Further it is intimated that the above accounts may be removed from the Salary Account and its other added facilities.

Hope this will solve your purpose.
