Guidance....guidance on using cite hr

Hi Cite Hr Team,

First i would like to appreciate and give my full support to the cite hr team for its wonderful efforts for doing so well with the site,but i am facing a problem in using the site and i need more guidance on the point system and its usage,as a mth back i hv joined.Following are my concerns:-

1.When ever i post any query it is viewed on the main page for very less time as i log in after an hr or so is off from the main page due to which i do not get replies for my queries and the viewing, form other site members are almost nil(like 4-5 views only).How do i increase by POst Viewing so that my queries and articles are seen?

2.Secondly,guide me on the point system and what role it plays in this cite ?

3. What is your crtieria of choosing the top ten topics for the week?
