I have one douth i deposited the esic challan in SBI BAnk some body person take away the our company challan.i asked bank they are told we are n't response able foryour challan daliy somemany person's are comming and going who can watching your challan. so in my bad luck next level what can i do please some help and give me some points.

If You Paid with Cheque Your Banker will be gives you Cheque Debit Details that will be one of evidence remitte of your esic contribution.
If you Paid with Cash ask SBI Banker to provide Xerox Copy of Bankers.
For the above and other Problems ESIC now entered in Online. within 2 Months it will be fully Computerized.

As suggested by members, the bank issues a certificate for having received the cheque. You need to furnish the cheque details for the bank to verify and furnish the certificate and this will be good enough for ESI returns.

We have requested the bank through letter with Esic duplicate chelan , and our bank realization pass book. Then the
Bank verified the cheque nos with their books of accounts. We received the duplicate chelan as [They seal the duplicate chelan and written in top as duplicate ] Try same manner

Your esic challan is misplaced from the bank no need to worry at all, please ask bank manager to issue the bank certificate in this regard, before that you have to submit requisation to the bank with requisit fee and the cheque clearence details and the same will be issued to you at earliest.
