Dear hr experts greetings for the day one of my friend has recently opened a coaching centre in delhi ncr and he is in a process of finalizing the free lance faculties for engish maths science personality development. the faculties will be paid on hourly basis . he has following queries : is tds applicable if the payments are greater than rs. 10000/ in a month ?? can anyone plz share the offer and appointment letter format for a free lance faculty. what will be the mode of monthly payments to teachers i.e via bank tranfer / cheque / cash ?? request you all to kindly provide your inputs.

Layoff/termination of bdm - but he say this termination is illegal as per industrial dispute act
Termination letter was issued to a business development manager in my company. he was compensated as per employment agreement with three months pay in lieu of notice but he say this termination is illegal as per industrial dispute act. please advise if a bdm falls under id act as he is manager or what can be done in such case.
