If the basic salary is 15000/ then what will be the deduction amount of pf on 1employee contribution 2 employer contribution pension 8.33 3 employer contributionpf balance on 3.67 . please advise on calculation with total deduction of pf amount.

Dear sir regarding my gratuity i have worked 3 yrs in a company & during this 3 yrs my pf was deducted. after that i leave company without resign and again join after 3 months same company without any appointment letter when i join again my salary was 16000 basic and company advise me that pf deduction is not compulsory so i agreed. and worked 4 yrs 5 months. also i have withdrawn my whole pf deduction. company exit me from pf account before i rejoin. now company is not giving me gratuity which is of almost 7 yrs so advise me how can i claim my gratuity.
Pf to a new company to be exempted from pf deduction - legal implication
Hi the management team of my company has decided to withdraw pf deduction and wants to transfer it s existing employees 1415 from a 'pf deduction registered company' to a new company to be exempted from pf deduction on meeting the following criteria: 1. employee strength less than 20 2. employees earning more than inr 15000/ per month. 3. we have taken 'pf exemption acceptance letter' letters from the employees. request you to please advise and share your inputs on the following: 1. can the company transfer employees ? 2. do we need to issue transfer or fresh appointment letters ? 3. will there be any legal issues if any on account of this transfer of employees from a pf registered company to another. 4. will there be any impact on employees to claim gratuity after completion of 5 years of service will the transfer from one company to the another be considered as a break of employment ? regards abhishek jain.

Hello all i need a simple clarity on pf deduction. i am known to the age deduction of pf on salary. however to state my question in a simple manner i ll provide with an illustration: if an employee in a telecalling setup is hired at say 4k incentives which has no upper cap mentioned and is also not given any salary annxure. therefore what i understant is that pf can and should be deducted on the 60 of 4k. but if an employee ends up earning 1k as incentives then can pf be deducted at 60 of 5k? and if another month if he does not earn any incentives than again the pf on 4k. if later he earns incentives say 1500 than can pf be deducted at 5.5k considering it as gross salary? can pf be really deducted at variable gross? pls treat this as urgent... and yes thanks in advance for your expert advise. dharmendra posted via mobile device

Hello all please clarify my doubt below.i have a pf component separately mentioned in my offer letterbut i feel that this amount is deducted in my salary component itself.how can i identify this whether it is deducted from my salary component or not.i have given an example of package details as given below. basic:220000 fbp:388544 base sal:608544 pf:12:26400 grat:10582 total fixed pay:645526 since the pf component is shown separately here how will be the deduction calculated?please advise regards karthik
