Do i have a career growth working as executive assistant??
Dear all i am shivani working as a placement coordinator with an institute.i have worked as a cabin attendant with indigo and kingfisher airlines. recently i got a proposal from a leading telecom company to work as an executive assistant to the circle headwhich is a better brand and ofcourse is paying me a lot better. please guide me is it sensible enough to switch over.do i have better growth opportunities there ecause i am not interested in continuing in the aviation sector as it does nt give job stability. please help

Hello all. i am a cabin crew of well reputed airline. i had joined in the month of january 2022 and everything was good until i was just feeling low while operating one of the flights inside the flight. i was taken to doctor and they told me take some tests and everything looked fine in my reports. while the test and reports were getting ready my airline didn t let me fly and told me they ll get back to me. i was aware that as flight was delayed they have suffered from loss. but when all reports came out doctor told there is nothing to worry about and i should just change my diet habit. i was very happy as there was nothing to worry. i informed my airline and provided details with reports and was given a medical clearance from the inhouse medical team. then i was informed that they will schedule my flights so that i can fly back soon. but they kept postponing it and i was sitting at home doing nothing and just paying monthly rental as i was not in my hometown. i was following up with the hr and every department but they gave no information and said "please wait this process takes time" but i had already waited for one month and then after 50 days they called me and asked me to come delhi and when i was there. they humiliated me told that they cannot take risk of letting me fly back just because i got sick once. they told me that because of me already many flights are delayed so they cannot let me fly. they told that i have to work on ground as a ground staff on airport base. i denied for that and told them that my designation is cabin crew and i got trained for it. it was my childhood dream to work as cabin crew . i had fought with my parents for this career. but then airline itself humiliated me made me cry and didn t eve bother about me. but they told that i can fly back whenever i want but now i have to work on ground staff for sometime and then they ll let me fly back. i said okay for that. but now again it s been 1month i am working as ground staff which is not changing my job profile on documents but they forced me to work on ground. i just want to understand here that does employer or airline has this right to make me feel bad and struggle like this. just because i was sick and not well for 12 days. in life certain things are there that doesn t happens by telling you. the situation that happened in flight was instant. also i apologized them. but here they were not concerned about what i want to say because they didn t wanted to listen. please guide me how i can take my designation back. because i don t want to quit from here as it s always been my dream to fly. also i had paid a security deposit of 50k to them and signed a 3 years contract. please help me with this
