janhavirane
Dear all,
i am janhavi, working in a service industry as a admin-hr for branch office & our headoffice is in hyd'bd.
i want to know what is the procidure for transferring pf of old company to the new existing company.
in my organisation one employee had joined three months back wanted to transfer his pf to our company. for that we had filled up form no 13 & send to our ho with his joining doucmentation papers. our hr had not seen that form & he didn't take the further procidure for the same & issued new pf a/c for him,
when after two months we are asking him the status about the transferring of pf he came to know that such type of form was send to him.
now i want to know whether his pf amt can be transferred and what procedure i should do further for it.
regards jahavi

Dear janhavi
You have to submit filled form 13 signed by authorised signatory wit cover latter. In form 13 the information regarding the previous employer is provided by newly joined employee or you get the payslip, Pf slip of that employee.
PF department should contact to his old company.
