What is it that you are looking in terms of laptop policy? Is it data security that you are looking for or for the complete policy ? There are many documents available for your reference in this community. You need to use the 'research' tab to be able to find more.
Designing the policy will depend on what your company truly wants, how much of a security would you want around the data and the machine, what is the code of conduct that you wish to draw and etc. Here are few documents which are being used by different companies. Do read the discussion along with the documents, it would help you refine your draft.
