Hello all - Wish a very Happy New Year to you all. I had worked with a Bangalore-based company from January 2009 to March 2010. They are not ready to sign my Form 19 to enable me to claim withdrawal of my EPF there. Under such circumstances, what can be done to submit the form withdraw the amount ? I am based at Patna now and it is not possible for me to visit Bangalore for this purpose. Help solicited from all.

Have you got the details of PF Number, Deduction Details in pay slip, PF slip received from EPFO for the last year.
If yes, no need to send them at all. You can directly submit the form 10C (if you intend to withdraw the Pension amount too) and form 19 together with your appointment letter (to confirm your Date of Joining - Form 5) alongwith Bank Pass book xerox copy and address proof and name proof (preferably the xerox of previous company's ID Card).
The PF Office will ask for the form 10 from your employer and clear your dues in stipulated time frame.
