Hi Guys,

I have seen lot of products posted on this forum, all giving the functionalities in one or other way. Now if all are giving the same functionalities then what is the difference between them...

All of them are providing ESS, Recruitment, PMS, Training, Payroll and other stuff. But big question is whom to choose...and what to pick and what not to...

I am not sure the features I am going to mention here are present in any of the products posted here on fourm...

a) Online/Offline working environment. I mean can you raise your expense sheet/Timesheet while traveling, while at Airport or in a remote location where you have NO connectivity.

b) Can you generate any sort of report w/o the product vendor asking them to do so. Any report means any ...

c) Do these companies have multiple company concept in their product. Can they map multiple companies without doing any changes. And can map their policies.

d) Do they Support multiple User Interface theme

e) Do they Support multiple language/

f) Do they Support multiple database/

g) Do they provide security by encryption to your application and Data.

These are few of the questions one must look before going ahead and zeroing on any product.

Likewise their are so many small small question which most of the product are lacking.
