Can any one send me the holiday list fro Gujarat 2011. i am working in Engineering field as Manager Hr and i need to present this list to top management within 3 days. And in my organization they giving 10 holydays in year
Kindly guide that how can I convince them for 12 public holidays in year.
Also guide me that how can I convince top management to give paid leave.
As per my knowledge leave should be like as under:
CL - 07
SL - 07
PL - 12
And also send me the CTC calculation format, in which we need to put amount of CTC (Year/Month) and automatically all heads, will generate.
In this format we need to put (Basic, HRA, TA, Washing allow.) and in deduction side (PF, PT)
Kindly help me for the same.
