Hi, This hr executive i want to know what are the forms used in registration and renewal of shops and establishment and i want to know the complete detail about the shops and establishment.

Shops & Establishment Act is a State Act & therefore first examine which of the state Act is applicable in your case & then go through the Act & Rules to know the procedure as laid down in that Act & Rules.

Dear Sir, What documents has to submitt in Labour Deptt. for Shops & Establishment Certificate in Rajasthan State. Maneesh Kumar Gupta

The normal docs which are used for new registration are as under,

1) Application with signature of the owner / authorized person
2) Address Proof
3) Property tax receipt
4) MOA of the company
5) List of the employees
6) Bills of the transaction proves urs business

Dear All, for Shops & Estt. Forms, Form A = for new registration Form B = for renewal licences. Form E = for changes in Form A like Add, Proprietor, No. of Employees, etc
