Hi, This hr executive i want to know what are the forms used in registration and renewal of shops and establishment and i want to know the complete detail about the shops and establishment.
Dear Member,

Shops & Establishment Act is a State Act & therefore first examine which of the state Act is applicable in your case & then go through the Act & Rules to know the procedure as laid down in that Act & Rules.
