Dear Rishi,
I also owning recruitment firm in mumbai, what I can say that people who are working with my firm are my employee and if they are commited toward job I has to pay them salary on time.
If I am not getting the business from company then that is my loss , and I can not pass on to my employee.
Well only I can suggest to you that all you should leave the job in one single day , which will create the pressure on your company to pay you out your dues and will not do the same mistake. But even after your resignation letter if he / she do not change mean your owner do not have money to carry out the business and there is no reason for you to continue on the job.
