Dear Sir/Madam, On Wednesday and Thursday I had been at Goa to conduct the sales training for the salespersons of one MNC. They are into providing roofing solutions. The value of the sale depends on the size of the project and it can range from Rs 10 Lakh to Rs 10 Crore or even more. In fact the client is also member of this forum. I had responded to one of the posts of the client and this is how I had acquired this assignment. Handling high value sales is no easy task. In high value sales, decision making process is slow as more than one person is involved and client is very cautious of the investment. In high value sales usual sales pitch or external factors like grooming, business etiquettes, body language etc do not hold water. Salespersons have to exhibit persuasive skills of high order. Sale happens through tools likes Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Calculation of Break-even point, Calculation of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and so on. MD of the company was sitting all through the session and he was agog when I showed the new methods of convincing the client. It would be my pleasure to replicate similar experience to your client also. Your client is into media. Please confirm what type of media is it - print or electronic. Sales training requires lot of pre-training activities (PTA). The real strength of a trainer lies in these PTA. Please confirm whether you wish to avail of my services.
