Fantastic one,
Few of my L&D professionals may not agree since the quota for training is only 10%, but in reality this is true. The post training activities or projects gives the maximum learning or development.
Fully agree with this.

nice one. even i beleive that on the job training is always beneficial than classroom trainings. but at times class room trainings is required for the entry level employees or freshers.

It is said that treat your Training Programs as toothbrush. Change it every 5-6 months with new features and solutions.
Any learning takes place with the comment of change. So cultivating such action based learning is the need. I agree with the comment posted by you all members.
