Hi You have to first ask your employer to get RC under Contract Labour Act in which your firm's name must be included. After that you can apply in Form 4, under CL(R&A) Act The principal employer issue the certificate in your favour in Form5 CL(R&A) Act. You have to deposite security fee & licence fee, affidavit,IS proof etc. Quote:
