Hi Seniors,
I joined new Restaurent and this Restaurent also opened last week only, here 40 employees are working. Here Iam only person to take care of all HR activities in Chennai.
1. Now i need to know what are all the statutory registration need to register? like PF, ESI, LWF and etc.
2. Is PF need to register in EPFO means, the company should have 3 years old. Is it true?. If yes means new company can not register in EPFO?.
