Pf withdraw for 3 months off roll duration
Hello everyone i am seema i have worked as an offr oll emp. in my current organization for 3 months after that continuing my job as an on roll emp. but till date i am facing problems for my pf withdrawal of off roll period of 3 month. my employers are saying that i am not eligible to withdraw it as i worked only for 3 months as an off roll emp. i can only withdraw my 3 months pf if i have worked more than 3 months in the organization. pls guide me for the same what i can do to withdraw my 3 months pf amount. regards seema vishwakarma hr executive
Pension benefit of adopted child
Dear all i would like to know that if any employee is working with central or state govt and got retired. the employee has adopted a child after retirement. will the adopted child get the benefit of employee\'s pension after the employee\'s death? if yes what procedure to be followed in this regard. can this adopted child also withdraw the any employee fund available with employer? please also suggest from where i can get ruling or guide line or any case report in supporting to such adopted child benefit. thanks & regards

Dear friends is it necessary to give pf esi to probation period emp. actually in my organisation 6 months is the probation period for all the employees. once they probation service completes we will to transfer to permanent emp depends on their performance plz let know can we book their salaries in accounts probation emp.

Indirect harrassment
Dear all kindly guide me on given below matter... we provide cab facility to our emp. one of our cab driver is employee itself. i got few complaints about cab environment from few days such as making indirect personal comments on others playing vulger songs in presence of female employees when there is only one female emp left in cab. it is being done by few emp and driver also involves in it. harassed emp has discussed it to me personally not in written. what action should i take to stop all these?? should i talk to individuals or to driver.. please suggest me regards nishu
