I am working in a software company as a core hr. i joined as an hr executive on november 2012. on the first day of my joining i came to know that its" front office cum hr executive" i thought that as a fresher first i need to get experience so i adjusted for that but i was not comfortable with the work i was asked to do. after 8 months i got promotion as a core hr and my place was shifted from front desk and we recruited a new candidate for the front desk. now she front desk was terminated because of nonperformance and management is not ready to recruit 1 more candidate it seems. they asked me to sit in front desk again but i am not comfortable with that and how can i shift to that position does it not look like demotion?. please help me what should i do.
