Hi Priya,
As you have done your HRM I don think you need to do any thing else. The only thing you need to look around for better prospects and explore an opportunity in better Companies. Be clear of what you want and which function you are interested in HR. Take a calculative move .... Its Upon your area of Interest.

Hi Priya,

It is please to see your view to make progress. As stated by you,you have already done your MHRM and wants to proceed further.

Being career counselor i hope to help you.

Priya please check following points for choosing your future path.

1.FIND OUT THE TASKS WHICH INTEREST YOU A LOT

2.Go through some psychological tests to find your skills and abilities

3.Discuss with some authority you know having rich experience in HR about the result of the psychological tests.

4.Don't look towards results as lacking but as the improvement areas to improve.

5.Know various areas in HR like Training and development, Personnel laws,Administration, time office, other legal compliances, counseling, recruitment, policy making, strategic HR, HR audits, career planning etc. Some areas stated here are covered under HR in some organizations only.

6.Choose your INTEREST area.

7.Know the courses available in that area from various universities.

8.Remember when your working area is your INTEREST area you will never get tense in your life & you can deliver the best results.

Also know that a degree can give you certificate not the experience and increments. It is your knowledge which gives you real prospectus.Hence search for knowledge when you take the education.Knowledge is application part of what you study.

Be in contact for any more information you need.

All the best.
