Hi friends,
I m working in Ghaziabad (UP) based company where I have to do PF Registration of Employer and Employees as well. Please let me know about the documents require for PF and adress for PF registration.

You have to attach the documents as per catagory of company.
List of documents.

1.Performa for coverage duly filled and signed.
2.BIN duly filled and signed.
3.Demand Draft R /- no ,dt- 2010 in favor of RPF Commissioner.
4.MOA./ List of Director
5.Copy of Sale Tax Number.
6.Copy of ESI Code.if have
7.Bank account number of company & Cancel Cheque for bank A/c.
8.List of Employee’s with father name& Date of Joining & wages
9.List of Employee’s Moth-wise.
10.Copy of Occupation letter(Property documents)/rent deed if on rent.
11 Copy of PAN No
12. 1st Purchage bill/sale bill.

i too have to get my company registered with the pf n esic office in mumbai..kindly let me know..its a metal trading company..into importing steel scrap from abroad and supplying it to steel n automobile manufacturers.

Dear All,

I'm pursuing a certified HR Generalist course from Bangalore. I've been told that the documents required for registration of PF are following:

1. Copy of VAT certificate/service tax agreement
2. Rental or lease agreement
3. Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association
4. Copy of pan card.

But according to your replies, it includes so many documents. Pls guide.
