PF Registration Formalities - Balance Sheet

Hi friends,
I m working in Ghaziabad (UP) based company where I have to do PF Registration of Employer and Employees as well. Please let me know about the documents require for PF and adress for PF registration.

You have to attach the documents as per catagory of company.
List of documents.

1.Performa for coverage duly filled and signed.
2.BIN duly filled and signed.
3.Demand Draft R /- no ,dt- 2010 in favor of RPF Commissioner.
4.MOA./ List of Director
5.Copy of Sale Tax Number.
6.Copy of ESI Code.if have
7.Bank account number of company & Cancel Cheque for bank A/c.
8.List of Employee’s with father name& Date of Joining & wages
9.List of Employee’s Moth-wise.
10.Copy of Occupation letter(Property documents)/rent deed if on rent.
11 Copy of PAN No
12. 1st Purchage bill/sale bill.

Below mentioned documents are reqired for EPF Registration,your company in ghazibad (Dist) Epf office SRO Meerut.... Nidhi Bhavan, Opp medical College, jagriti Vihar,Sector-5, meerut-250006 Login EPFO PRO PHONE NO:26030314

1 Copy of 1st partnership deed / memoranda and article of association
2 Extracts from 1st Year ledger / cashbooks for :
1st purchase of raw material

1st salaray / wages paid
1st sale
1st rent paid
3 Copy of 1st Sales tax assessment order
4 Copy of 1st Income Tax assessment order
5 Copy of 1st years balance sheet
6 Salary/wages registers, vouchers, books and balance sheets from date of start till date of provisional
coverage done earlier
7 C.S.T & B.S.T. Certificate
8 Books of accounts ( Ledger, cash books etc.) since beginning.
9 Balance sheet / P&L account (in case of Limited company Annual Report since beginning.)
10 Shops & Establishment Registration Certificate/Factory Licence
11 Partnership deed in case partnership firm) and Memorandum of Association & Articles (In case of Limited Co.)
12 Salary/Wage register and Attendance Register since beginning.
13 Month wise strength of numbers of employees since beginning
14 List of Directors/Partners/ owners along with their residential addresses
15 Name of the Bankers, Address of the Bank and and name of the person responsible for financial affairs.

Dear All,

I'm pursuing a certified HR Generalist course from Bangalore. I've been told that the documents required for registration of PF are following:

1. Copy of VAT certificate/service tax agreement
2. Rental or lease agreement
3. Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association
4. Copy of pan card.

But according to your replies, it includes so many documents. Pls guide.

Dear All, Please let me know what is the process after getting registered,do we need need to upload Annexure II with employee details before we upload ECR.?? and when will be PF numbers alloted.???
