this film reminds me of may jhonny days ...I was promoted to Team Leader position in a call center and it was whole new challeneg to me ..To keep my team with me and motivated i subscribed to a daily thought of the day on a website which used to send me thought of the day to my mailbox and i used to customized them accrodingly and send it to my team members..It was a everyday routine..sometimes i used to think that wheteher they actually read it or not ..but i never asked them persoanlly but one day due to some urgent work i forgot to send the mail to them then after few hours of wokring two of my team members rosed from their seat and said Anu where is today's thought of the day ..we have been waiting for it since opening our mailbox....you know that really touched my heart and i realized that my effort have been paid of even if 2 out of 15 members read my thoughts daily.....
