One of our employee is going to leave the organisation within 3 months of his joining.
Kindly advise me whether he should be given any work-ex letter or not. Can he present that letter for his future endeavours, moreso when he joined us as a fresher and now due to some unfortunate circumstances he has to leave.
Also plz give me a format of the work-ex.

May I know the reason for his leaving . As per me, it is not necessary to issue the experience letter for 3 months.. He can't join any company with the 3 months of experience . Because of the job hopping, he will get a bad remarks...
