Hi all
I need some advice from the senior HR proffesionals here.
I am a software professional with almost 2yr experience.
But in the beginning of my career path i have made a big mistake.
I have faked up my experience and joined an MNC and have been expelled from there. The biggest lesson i learned in my life was from there...
Now i have gained 2yr experience and want to start applying for jobs in MNC's.I wanna know these things
1.Iam going to apply with my real experience as i want to correct myself.
Will they find out my negative feedback from background check Vendors...and will they expel me again for the reason
2.What will happen if I tell the HR of new company about all my previous history before joining??
Pls advice me on this

its not so, whatever mistake you have done is your past, believe in youself and during interview dont tell a lie if asked about the same. also make good image with all the people in your present organization so that if there is ref check then give names of thos epeople only.
now that you have 2 yrs of experience you should apply for good MNC you will get through.
All the best only thing you need to do is Believe in your capabilities and dont repeat that happened in the past.

Thanks rashmi for ur reply
Lemme ask u one more thing...Shall I deliberately tell the HR that something like this has happened in my career life/shall i just need to admit it when they find it out???Then it will be very late and they may even expel me for hiding....So.. I am confused...

Don’t volunteer to provide information that has not been asked. If asked the reasons for leaving that company, try and answer as truthfully as possible. Hope it helps.

dear Arvind,
well,i m just giving you practical advice.as i m working Asst.HR Manager ,so i can help you out.its good that you have learned form that incident that not to show fake experience.but now you are giving interviews to new companies.
there is no need to show your 3 months experience of that particular company ,you can show that you were not in job coz of personal work(as you have wrote).becoz this is coprate world, there is no place of emotions ,if you will say them you were kick out form company,no company will recruit you whether you are very intelligent candidate.becoz first thing they want loyalty form your side.
and another thing is that, definitely they check the previous record, but if you haven't show that experience in your resume ,then there is no need to feer.its enough that you have taken a learning from that xperience.
be relaxe and search for job........
Good luck

Dear All,
I need a career advice, I am presently working as a teacher in Qatar.
I have done masters degree in sociology and one year diploma in business management. I have a strong interest in training and development and recruitment. I worked for one year in India as part time faculty and use to assist a trainer in delivering training programs in effective communication skills.
Now I am applying for the even entry level positions in HR but not getting through as here every one is looking for the experience. I am getting a chance to do MBA from Qatar University. Should i go about it or not?
How can i go about my dilemma, plz guide me?

From Qatar
