To My knowledge If an organisation holds more than 20 employees it will covers under ESI and P.F act.
If Gross salaries more than ESI coverage it is Rs. 15000/- ESI will not applicable.But everybody should beyond that, If one employee below aforesaid amount ESI will applicable.

Once the "Project Panchdeep" is implemented, we may not be having such problems (Field employees, Employee Transfers, From-37 etc....) hope it get starts soon.......
