Hi Sumith,
I am swapnaja. I am working for a 4*delux property in training dept since 5 months. I think I can help you little bit.
first check with all your HODs what kind of training do they require for their staff to conduct smooth operations. You can go through your SOPs as well..........
And start selecting topics accordingly for each dept. You can make training schedule or calander as well.
There is lot of material available on the internet. You can make use of those material.........
If you want to know anything else please contact me on

Hi Sumith,
I am samidha, I too recently started training sessions in my company. So basically you can start activities by type of induction programme followed by official introduction of your employees by themselves but it should include hobby descriptions and performance accordingly or cross introductions can b taken. Then in futther sessions you can go with topics like communication , motivation, time management etc etc
but role plays and ice breaking is imp.
So All the Best.........................!!!

samidha
