You mean to say that company does not account the salary to the employees , this itself is a illlegal practice??? how do do you calculate PF / ESI or any other statutory remitances ??? I think you to need to streamline the salary process and fine-tune it make it legal.

Dear Sanjay,
As i mentioned they all are lower level employees and they are not able to provide as pan card /License/Election Card.Althouh we are taking valid ID proof from them i.e.Ration card or any letter which is authorized from a govt body so we are completing the dosier part of all the employees.but bank will not accept all this for salary account. As per my knowledge for only PF withdrawal bank acc is required .

Dear Kalpana Rawat,
Greetings!
Please re-look into your payroll process. Your way of thinking & act itself is not correct. You need to streamline your payroll process by discussing with the appropriate persons.
I completely agree with Mr. Sanjay.
Thanks & Regards,
