Now we don't have any requirement to deduct welfare fund amount 5/- from employees who have taking 15000 pm or above salary as per welfare amended act.
is it true or not ?

You must be knowing that Labour Welfare Fund Act is not a central Act & therefore first clarify that under which of the State Labour Welfare Fund Act you have put this query ?
