Dear All,

Request you all, that anyone can tell me how to calculate, or how to make a compensation structure. Including all the factors. Also I want to know which sector I have to developed to be a better HR Manager, Actually what kind of job we have to do practically( in environment of most of the organization). Also I am doing my project on Competency based selection system, I need all of yours help. Required data and knowledge or materials to complete my project, which I have to submit within 22nd November.

Can you please tell me, how we calculate vat on any commodity? What are the rates of tax? what is the filling date of tax? please provide me answer with the suitable example.
