| Mariaa Started The Discussion: Hi all, I work for an IT company with a staff strength of 350 employees in India. We have planned to revise the salary for our employees. Right now the trainees get the stipend for 6 months as 6500/- and after six months they become ASEs and get salary starting from 1.2-1.6 Lacs. I want to restructue the compensation package . All others get good pay like SE from 2.5-4 Lacs, SSE -3.5-5 Lacs etc. We want to revise the salaries of trainees to Rs.1.2. How can I make it without much affecting the upper designated professionals like ASEs. We do not want to change their CTCs. Is there any parameters that are to be followed.
