A humble request to citehr community-kindly read it
Dear All

This is a small message to all my cite hr friends. This message is not intended to anyone in particular but to all in general and this is just a request from my side so please don’t get offended or take it personally.

1) I have been observing that there are certain people or persons who keep on posting un-necessary thing in the site just to gain point. Which I believe is wrong.

2) On the other hand there are certain persons who post very informative articles or discussions but they lack far behind in points. Which again I believe is unjust.
The members who make use of this article mostly never bother to give any feedbacks or point to the author. Why is this friend? If there is something which you like then what is the harm in appreciating it, why don’t to attach points to that author according to the worth of the article (I guess this is why the point system is meant for).

Well… “I know there will be some people who would say that I do we need point we are here to gain knowledge and we don’t bother about point.” I agree there are some like that. But friends let’s get honest how many of us can really stand up and say that I don’t bother whether my work is appreciated or not. Let’s face it we all like and want to be appricaited…we by nature are made like dat…and who can better understand that then we-the HR community. Moreover there is no harm in it, if you like it appreciate it simple.

Hence this is my most humble request to all the members of the community that do appreciate quality and don’t let some people collect as many points as possible by cutting and pasting b…… from the net, which by any way we could have read in the net itself.

I sincerely apologies if I have hurt any feeling. It’s just a small request to a vast, knowledgeable and ever-growing community

Regards
Rima
