i have done all documentations but the employer do not agree withdraw my EPF and he refused to give me EPF but i have EPF slip given by Employer so what should i do now

I don't know what teh problem is but I want my money back .I sent mails to Kr puram PF office they referred to DOODbomsandra office . Now dodbonmsandra office that they have done their work and money lies with KR PURAM pf office. I am calling KR puram office but no on elifting phone and mails no responses .Is this way most government offices work .There should be centralization .It should be on ehead office where we need to apply and all other thing sto be done internally why gain I need to follow and why they are no lifting calls and no responses to mails .Really painful....... Can you pleas echeck and let meknow by what time I can get teh money .SOmeone withdrawing his money must have plans .Hope u get me .
