Dear Jeevan,
A nice ppt - short and crisp. I really appreciate ur designing skills, specially the formatting part.
I have a few suggestiong that might help you in being more effective.
1. A few pictures cud be added in ur ppt.
2. Various interview techniques and procedures involved in detail like Group Discussion, Psychometric Testing, Behavioral Questions etc. could have been included.
3. In terms of body language, a lot more could have been added. Specially, how to position one's hands, shoulders, posture etc.
4. Well, everyone knows wat questions are asked during the interview, though just a bunchful know how to answer them. Rather than just questions, Answers included could have made a difference.
5. An interview preparation checklist, company research form etc are some of the formats that cud have been used. It will surely make ur workshop more effective.

Dear Jeevan,
Thanks for sharing this PPT. It is really good PPT. I am also agree with Rahul Inputs on this. If you could incorporate Rahul's suggestions that would make it more awsome. Although it is still a great PPT.

Hello,
I'm Mohammed Delil. I'm an HR expert in a central bank. It is a good initiative to discuss about Interview techniques. But, I find the PPT elementary. It may be due to the fact that I expected detailed and comprehensive explanations about the kinds of interview techniques , how and when they are applied, who should carry out the interview,What kind of technique is appropriate for what kind of position or job, etc.
More over,it woudl be fantastic if Rahul Chhabra's siuggestions are incorporated.
I would like some exprienced people in the area add thier inputs on the subject.

Dear All,
Thanks a lot for your appreciation.
Thanks to Mr. Rahul, for your comments and i would definitely make it a point to incorporate the same. This presentation was only for one hour for college students, hence purposely, it was elementary in nature.
Also, i improvise while providing training, and hence the body language details and ways to answer the questions, was discussed during the training . I prefer making the session interactive and use PPT as a facilitation. Everything added on PPT can make it boring.
I definitely agree to adding the pictures, detailing body language. and the formats.
Thanks again for the feedback, this would definitely help me in improving.

Dear Jeevan,

Your ppt is good and apt. In modern days, some men and women do dyeing on the morning of the interview which gives a peculiar look and creates an artificial impression in the minds of the interviewers. I had such an experience as an interviewer, where my other members were commenting on this. So they could do dyeing at least two days before coming to the interview. Manicure is also an important aspect to be considered especially by ladies. Wearing a smile as one enters the interview room, greeting with a good morning, being conscious about body language, waiting for them to offer a seat, being natural in the room while answering questions and to the point, always being polite yet dignified, expressing one's opinions/views frankly, honestly yet politely, etc.are some of the qualities that will all enhance the prospects of getting a job or promotion. It is necessary that youngsters are taught these fundamentals at a very young age.

I again congratulate you on your nice power point presentation on this topic.

hi Jeevan, your ppt was useful but appears no different from the already existing ppts on the internet. in fact some of the content were exact copy paste. I hope you don't take it negatively but please avoid this in future.
