Dear Rahul,
If your establishment is covered under The Punjab Industrial Establishment (National & Festival Holidays and Casual & Sick Leave) Act, 1965 as applicable to the State of Haryana then in accordance with Rule 3 of this Act we are to determined five festival holidays with consultation of the representative of the workers before 30th November each year for the ensuing calender year. These holidays so determined shall be required to be delivered to the Inspector of the area by 31st December each year.
