can somebody send me performance appraisal format for IT Industry employing over 300 employees

Hi, there can't be a pre-defined Performance Appraisal System for any industry. You need to study different PA systems and then create one that is tailor made for your organization. That is the best way to have a system that really works.

Can some body send some questionnaire on these topics.
e.g Interpersonal skills, Delegation skills, Meeting deadlines/ Commitments, Creativity, Team Working & Developing Others
Steadinees Under Pressure, Personal appearance and image others (for current or new role) , Willingness to learn, Good attendance,Reporting to work on time,Critical Thinking Skill, Staying on the job until it is finished
